Her practice focuses on strategic planning, preparation, processing and resolution of different administrative proceedings, actions for nullity before the Administrative Claims Court, and unconstitutionality actions before the Supreme Court of Justice. She also advises companies and individuals on regulatory matters.
Additionally, she participates in civil and commercial litigation in different areas, representing local and international companies.
Since 2021 she has been a member of the team representing recognized financial institutions headquarter abroad in claims involving millions of dollars deriving from the Uruguayan bank crisis and banking fraud of 2002.
She also has broad experience in principal and incidental bankruptcy proceedings, representing insolvent companies, their shareholders and/or administrators in classification incidents, as well as big creditors.
In the corporate law area, she has participated in risk advice and assessment, primarily in matters of dissolution and liquidation of companies.
Since March 2023 she has been an instructor in Special Administrative Law at Universidad de la República (Uruguay)
