She has experience in preparing legal reports on current civil law, for researching and determining favorable scenarios for her clients.

She has also participated actively in labor and social security advice to local and multinational companies regarding compliance and application of social and labor regulations in companies, creation and implementation of internal labor policies, preparation and review of employment contracts, personnel hiring and application of protocols for separating personnel.

Her experience also includes participation and active cooperation in defending companies in administrative labor processes before the Ministry of Labor and labor litigation at first and second instances before courts of justice.

Tamara earned her degree as attorney upon graduation from Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno (Bolivia).

Before joining FERRERE, she worked as legal assistant in the area of civil and labor litigation at a prestigious law firm in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
