His practice focuses on notarial advice and preparation of diverse notarial documents. He works primarily in providing day-to-day advice to a variety of companies, in collaboration with the firm’s other departments.

His practice also includes arranging purchase agreements, purchase-sale commitments, trusts, mortgages and leases for urban and rural real estate, pledges of movable properties and their cancellations, motor vehicle transactions, and corporate structuring, among others.
