His professional practice focuses on notarial advice and implementation of diverse civil and commercial contracts, as well as designing and structuring legal vehicles for business and real estate projects.

He has broad experience in real estate purchase agreements, leases and guarantees. He also participates in financings, trusts, and creation and cancellation of pledges on movable properties, inter alia. 

Among the most relevant projects in which he has participated, his advisory work on development of the Cosmos real estate project stands out. From the initial stages he has provided ongoing assistance and has been active in the bulk of the legal and contractual aspects involved.
