Victoria González Tejedor

Victoria González is a member of the FERRERE Governance, Corporate and Energy and Infrastructure team.

Her professional practice focuses on legal advice to domestic and international companies on contract preparation and review, recurring company operations, structuring of shareholder agreements, and participation in M&A processes.

Victoria has broad experience advising clients on business structuring and preparation of strategic commercial agreements.

She specializes in counseling companies in the technology sector, particularly fintech, providing legal advice on the preparation and negotiation of agreements with international financial intermediation institutions, as well as commercial partners in the region. She also participates in project development and planning, providing specific solutions in line with commercial objectives.

Victoria graduated as attorney from Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay) and earned a diploma from Delaware Law School in 2022, after successfully completing specialized courses in Advanced Corporations, International Business Transactions, Anti Money Laundering & Corruption, and Comparative Constitutional Law.
