Her practice focuses on advising banks, multilateral organizations, and sponsors on various types of financing -corporate, structured, project, and acquisition financing- as well as on capital market transactions. She also has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. 

In 2024, she obtained an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University (NYU) and subsequently worked as an international associate at Mayer Brown LLP in New York, within the financing team, focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean. 

Prior to joining FERRERE in 2019, she participated in the university internship program at the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), where she worked in the Studies and Regulations area of the Superintendency of Banks, addressing issues of financial regulation and trust contracts. 

She is a lawyer and public notary from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
