FERRERE advised Avolta, a Switzerland-based global leader in travel experiences, on a joint venture transaction with Corporación América Airports (CAAP), the airport operator managing 53 airports in 6 countries.
The purpose of the agreement is to design, implement and operate duty free shops in Uruguay, based on a customer-centric business model and innovation.
